Stories
Real people. Real stages of fatherhood. Real change.
Working with Si has been a real eye-opener for me — the simple things you overlook are often the most important to work on. The way he navigates and places importance on things in a simple way is very encouraging and helpful. If you feel stuck or unsure how to deal with things on a daily basis — relationships, work, life as a bloke — he works really well with the mindset and is gentle on your ego. Highly recommend.

Wholehearted Dad Program
I've been attending Strong Dads sessions for the past nine months and I can't express enough how passionate Si is about the group and men's mental health.
When Si first mentioned the idea of Strong Dads, I was really excited — it can be difficult to meet new people when you're in your 30s.
It's a super welcoming group where everyone has a chance to debrief, share stories, exciting milestones (like a full night's sleep), and get advice from other dads going through the same struggles.
The highlight is the social aspect — chatting about the highs and lows of being a parent and realising everyone has similar battles.

Strong Dads community member
Since moving to Geelong with my young family I've found attending Strong Dads to be incredibly beneficial and rewarding.
Being a new parent, social life can be isolating — which of course brings mental health issues. I'd encourage any new dad to become part of this exciting and rewarding group.
